This unique home is an award winning restoration of a Historic Boathouse next to Bonniecrest Condominiums on Newport Harbor. Originally built by Arthur Curtis James in the early 1900s, the historic landmark structure was redesigned by Mark Findlay Architects and constructed by Kirby-Perkins Construction.
The project incorporated significant site alterations and improvements including utility upgrades, wastewater pump station, stormwater management system, dock and landing expansion and a reconstructed vehicle turntable at the front entrance to the boathouse.
