LDEC partnered with the project team of Charles Rose Architects, Stimson Associates Landscape Architects and Behan Brothers General Contractors for the redevelopment of this 5 acre waterfront property.
The project included the construction of a main residential structure, outbuildings, pool area, elaborate landscaping & hardscape. LDEC provided Engineering Design & permitting services for the overall site plan to include utilities, stormwater management & on-site wastewater management. LDEC also provided construction layout services throughout the project.
