LDEC provided engineering, land surveying and permitting services for project developer JAM Construction, Inc. for a new 15-lot single family home subdivision situated on 10 acres of a former nursery. The project included 1,000 feet of new roadway, utilities, and a stormwater management system. Extensive permitting was required with the Town of Portsmouth and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management to bring the project to construction.
